The Physiology of Confidence
When a person is filled with self-confidence, real self-confidence, it can be seen in how they stand, how they move, even in their gestures and smile. Self-confidence breeds a physical attitude of openness, flexibility, stability, greatness. However, the reverse is equally true. If you move your body to help it maintain openness, flexibility, stability, size, you will feel your confidence increase. We will, in this course, define what your “power-posture” is and what are the movements that will help you to be affirmative.
We can use simple bodily movements to generate positive thoughts and emotions.
It is in this holistic view of man that, in this video, I am going to show you the posture of excellence (or power posture) and demonstrate the breathing of confidence.
