Time thieves are the activities or attitudes that eat up our schedules without leaving us a time to breathe.

They can be external or internal, and we will review them in this video.

Why am I overwhelmed? Once again, it all stems from our perception of the world.

– The perception of the world that we’ve inherited from our DNA and education. Yes, relationships to time are contagious!

– And the perception of the world that we maintain in a logical and linear relationship with time.

But this conditioning to be overwhelmed with tasks is totally reversible. Soon you will be able to stop feeling guilty (or proud?) for being an overwhelmed person.

Did you know that 2/3 of employees would not want to become manager?

“Too much work! Too difficult! », most of them say when see their superior running around, working much more than 40 hours a week.

The more you rank up in the hierarchy, the more limited your time seems. Can this race against the clock be reversed? To illustrate this question, here’s a little story about the hectic life of a manager.

How many times a day do you get interrupted? Some optimists will say 20, 40 times. Studies show that we lose around 1H30 of work every day, due to interruptions.
In this video, we will first diagnose the interruptions that disturb you. We will then tackle how to limit technological interruptions, followed by 6 tips to limit human interruptions and respond with finesse to whoever bothers you!

Most of us tend to put off certain tasks until tomorrow. Then to the next day, and the next. This is called procrastination. Is it a calamity? Is it a disease? Is it reversible? In this video we will see the importance of understanding why we procrastinate such and such a task. Then we will observe how procrastination is a war of aspects and clans within us. May the strongest win?

Procrastination is putting off until tomorrow what we are able to do today. Not because we don’t have enough time, but because we fill our days with OTHER tasks. If these procrastinated tasks really matter to you, then they’ll come knocking on your door every day.
You have to call your banker! You have to reformat your CV!
After having understood why we procrastinate these specific tasks, here’s 6 strategies to face them.

Do you find it impossible to delegate more? This video will explain how you sometimes take on your employees’ tasks and what are the real reasons that make delegation so difficult.
If you overcome these obstacles, delegation will be a piece of cake for you!
