EVOLITUDE is founded in 2007 by Aysseline de Lardemelle, Management Trainer and Executive Coach in France and large International Organizations.
2018, Nicolai Kalb joins the company, bringing his artistic, technical and video-producer Skills to EVOLITUDE.
2019, EVOLITUDE becomes an Expert in the creation of Soft-Skill and Management videos content. It offers to its clients 250 French videos blending Training and Coaching.
2021, all our 250 online courses are available in English under the Label MyManagementSkills.
The Team
EVOLITUDE is a Franco-German company represented by 2 Partners: Aysseline DE LARDEMELLE and Nicolai KALB.
To bring those 500 conscious videos to existence, they are supported by very-skilled Freelancer Experts in Webdesign, Computer Science, Translation, Acting, Graphic & Motion Design and Video Editing.
Aysseline de Lardemelle
EVOLITUDE Associate Director.
Fifteen years of Training and Coaching for Managers of Major French Corporations.
She is an Expert in Management and masters many Personal Development topics (NLP teacher, Transactional Analysis, …).
She produces the scripts and contents of the training videos, inviting to more Clarity, Consciousness and Freedom (her passion!).
She loves acting in front of the camera with benevolence and confrontation.
She is also EVOLITUDE’s Administrative and Financial Manager.
Nicolai Kalb
EVOLITUDE Associate Director.
A first career in Computer Science and as an Art Therapist in Germany. Today, EVOLITUDE’s Artistic and Technical Director.
He uses his skills in Visual Communication and Receptive Art Therapy to make our inspiring course contents even more palatable to the learner. Nicolai is responsible for filming on set and for complete post-production.
Creating learning videos is a process involving the play of several elements. Our great passion is to constantly improve this interaction in order to offer our students the best possible learning experience.
